Orm, born May 27, 2002, is a Thai actress and model affiliated with Channel 3, known for her breakout performances in prime-time drama and her growing footprint in fashion entrepreneurship.

Born in Bangkok, Sethratanapong – known professionally as Orm – comes from a family with established roots in both entertainment and business. She is the eldest daughter of actress Naruemon Phongsupa and an heir to Sethachon Co., Ltd., a frozen food manufacturing and export company. She began her education at Wattana Wittaya Academy, continued at Panyarat High School, and completed her secondary studies at Srinakharinwirot University Prasarnmit Demonstration School under the English-ASEAN Program. She went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (International Program) from Srinakharinwirot University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Film and Digital Media at the same institution, where two short films she produced, Schizophrenia and 3 A.M., explored psychological themes and reflected her evolving artistic sensibility.

Orm’s entry into entertainment was unplanned; though she had originally hoped to pursue dermatology, an audition encouraged by her mother led to her first commercial appearance and, in 2019, her acting debut as Nook in Hotel Stars. She signed an exclusive contract with Channel 3 in 2020, and her breakthrough came in 2023 with her role as Riri in To the Moon and Back. In 2024, she took on her first leading sapphic role as Earn Sanithada in The Secret of Us, Channel 3’s first sapphic romance drama, which became a Netflix Top 10 hit across multiple Asian markets and established the widely followed "LingOrm" on-screen pairing with co-star Lingling Kwong. She made her film debut in Will You Marry Monk? in March 2025 and is next set to star as Ayla in the upcoming series Only You.

Her performances have earned wide recognition, including the Popular Rising Actress award at the 2023 Star Pop Awards, a place among HOWE Awards’ ”50 Influential People of 2024," the Leading Girls’ Love Star of the Year and Y Iconic Star titles in 2024, and Couple of the Year (with Lingling Kwong) at the Thailand Box Office Awards 2024. She has also been honored by her alma mater with the Srinakharinwirot Good Citizenship Award, an Outstanding Alumnus recognition from the Faculty of Economics, and the university’s Rising Star Alumni Award in 2025.

Beyond acting, Orm launched her own fashion label, Keep Silent, in November 2024, blending minimalist design with a streetwear sensibility across apparel and accessories. The brand’s debut collection sold out shortly after release, further establishing Orm as a creative force extending well beyond the screen.
